About Us

Meet Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years working in healthcare. I have undergraduate degrees in psychology and nursing as well as an advanced degree as a nurse practitioner. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and more.

I am an Idaho native and enjoy all of the recreational activities that Idaho has to offer. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology prior to pursing my nursing degree and then later on my advanced degree in nursing. My professional background is in acute psychiatric care and emergency medicine.

I feel passionate about the importance of mental healthcare and utilizing treatment to improve individuals quality of life. There is not one size or treatment that fits all, and so I appreciate working with individuals that are invested in making real change. I combine medication management with therapeutic techniques.

I try to work in collaboration with my clients to ensure that you feel heard. Asking for help can come with mix of emotions but you will be supported and encouraged through the process.
